[04] latest and greatest

Well, I’m not in the best of moods, but most of the anger that I have with my previous employer has died down a little bit after I got a few things figured out and some miscommunications clarified. What is really getting on my nerves is the fact that my previous employer refuses to work with me on something I obviously need help with, but whatever. That’s beyond me and beyond the realm of business administration. I’m quite aware that they are required to play hardball with former employees, but please, make somewhat of an effort to help us out when we haven’t done anything but pump loyalty and continued service into your corrupted organization.

That aside, I purchased the new iPod touch gadgets today. I plugged in my iPod touch and it asked me if I wanted the new January Update. I clicked sure and purchased it for a whopping $19.99. WOOT! It added a mail client, weather, stocks, notes, and Google Maps. I guess that helps a little bit, right? Providing you have a WiFi connection, all of these services come in handy. I like them though, so that’s all that matters. There were really no HUGE advancements with the updates except the new applications, the creation of the dock and the fact that you can move stuff around and create your own customizable home screens. That’s always nice… I guess. :] I wish there was more to it, like them adding games. I’d be addicted to that little device if they would just add the capability for us to have games! :]

Well, I just wanted to keep everyone updated on what’s going on. I moved all my stuff back officially from Vermont today and got home in a Jeep packed full of my stuff. Needless to say the 22 hour trip back to Indiana was uneventful, but quite cramped. :] I’m extremely tired and looking forward to sleeping, but I have a feeling that’s not really going to happen. I have too much to do and way too many emails to answer.
